Jessica Chapman, MA, is a Research Project Manager at the Center on Gender Equity and Health (GEH) at the University of California, San Diego. Jessica has a Master’s Degree in Gender and Development from the University of Sussex, Institute for Development Studies. She has 10 years of field experience working in project and program management supporting underserved communities throughout California and the United Kingdom. Her areas of expertise are project and program implementation, conducting and managing research projects, stakeholder capacity building and community engagement. Jessica works to support communities to share their voices, effect sustainable change and build inclusive spaces. She speaks French and enjoys traveling to other countries exploring their cuisine and local traditions. Currently, she supports the management and operation of the Tipping Point and ATWA projects under the supervision of Dr. Jay Silverman.
